This policy explains what personal data Typical Calendar collects through relicajewels.com and the Relica apps, and why. Contact: hello@relicajewels.com.

Who is responsible

Typical Calendar (Typical Calendar) is the data controller.

What we collect

Waiting list: your email address and language. Orders: your name, email, shipping address, phone if you give it, the pieces you bought and the payment status. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and never reach our servers. We do not use advertising cookies. Your bag is kept in your own browser.

Why

To fulfil your order and meet our legal obligations (contract and legal obligation), and to tell you about new pieces if you joined the waiting list (consent, which you can withdraw at any time).

Who we share it with

Stripe (payments), Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting and storage, in the European Union), and the carrier that delivers your order. Each acts under a data processing agreement.

How long

Waiting list data until you unsubscribe. Order data for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, or object to its use, by writing to hello@relicajewels.com. You can also complain to your national data protection authority.
