Seller

Relica is a brand of Typical Calendar (Typical Calendar). Contact: hello@relicajewels.com.

Made to order

First-edition pieces are made to order after payment and ship in about 6 weeks. We will tell you if that changes, and you may cancel for a full refund until your piece ships.

Prices and payment

Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken by Stripe when you place the order. Your bank may show the amount in your local currency.

Shipping

Tracked shipping to the countries offered at checkout, free on orders over €150. Orders outside the European Union may be subject to import duties and taxes.

Right of withdrawal

You may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and we extend this to 30 days. Write to hello@relicajewels.com. We refund within 14 days of receiving the piece back. Personalised or engraved pieces cannot be returned unless faulty.

Guarantee

All pieces carry the legal guarantee of conformity under EU consumer law.

Disputes

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact a consumer dispute resolution body in your country.
